★ CNFSimulator.VMT.C919 Specifications

Desktop-based virtual maintenance training system for civil aviation maintenance personnel. The world's first engineering-grade VMT developed for the COMAC C919 — China's next-generation narrowbody aircraft — built on the official COMAC-authorized C919 aircraft dataset. Compliant with CAAC CCAR-147 / AC-147-04R1 Type II practical training requirements and MH/T 3028-2013 Grade B simulator standard.

Main Features:

  • Developed on the official COMAC C919 aircraft dataset (COMAC-authorized); all component models, system logic, and procedures are aircraft-accurate
  • Fully interactive 3D virtual cockpit — all panels (P1–P9, P18) mouse-operable; complete ECAS / EFIS display simulation including PFD, ND, ECAS system pages
  • 3-layer dynamic system schematics: logic / structure / wiring — live-synced with cockpit state in real time
  • 3D virtual aircraft (COMAC C919) with component-level disassembly and maintenance task execution; full walkaround access including LEAP-1C engine nacelles, landing gear bays, avionics bay, cargo doors
  • 20 ATA system chapters covered: ATA 21–36, ATA 49, ATA 52, ATA 53, ATA 70 and more
  • Minimum 265 training tasks (operations, testing, disassembly/installation, fault isolation) based on actual C919 AMM procedures
  • Full CFDS (Centralized Fault Display System) simulation with BITE test capability; fault effects identical to real aircraft in ground and airborne states
  • Embedded C919 maintenance manuals: AMM, IPC, TSM and more
  • CFM LEAP-1C engine simulation with full trial run task library and abnormal scenario coverage
  • Full flight simulation: engine start, taxi, takeoff, cruise, approach, landing
  • Networked classroom: 1 instructor station + up to 12 student stations
  • Built-in LMS: task assignment, exam delivery, automatic grading, training record export
  • 1,000+ concurrent web-based sessions supported (LAN or external network)
  • Continuous runtime 24+ hours; standard office environment; no special infrastructure required
  • Regulatory compliance: CAAC CCAR-147 / AC-147-04R1, MH/T 3028-2013 Grade B

★ Product Applications

Aircraft Systems Maintenance Training

  • Covers 20 ATA chapters including air conditioning, electrical, hydraulics, fuel, flight controls, landing gear, fire protection, navigation, APU, and powerplant (LEAP-1C)
  • Supports operations, functional testing, disassembly/installation, and fault isolation tasks
  • Training tasks built on C919 AMM procedures — purpose-built VMT for C919 type-rating maintenance training on China's domestically manufactured narrowbody aircraft

Fault Diagnosis and Troubleshooting Training

  • Instructor injects faults remotely across any ATA chapter; students diagnose from ECAS cautions, warnings, and CFDS reports
  • Supports BITE-guided multi-system troubleshooting; fault effects identical to the real C919 aircraft
  • Aligned with CAAC AC-147-04R1 C919 type-rating syllabus for both classroom and airline maintenance training contexts

Classroom Instruction and Examination

  • Centralized instructor control over all student stations via networked classroom
  • Supports written and practical examination delivery with automatic grading
  • Training records exportable for CCAR-147 compliance documentation; mobile browser access for LMS functions

★ Function Upgrade Options

LEAP-1C Engine Trial Run Training Module

  • Full COMAC C919 LEAP-1C engine trial run task library: cold turn, start, idle, climb power, cruise, shutdown
  • Covers abnormal scenarios: hung start, hot start, fire during start, compressor stall, overtemperature
  • Compliant with CCAR-147 powerplant training requirements for the C919 type rating

Additional Aircraft Type

  • The C919 VMT platform supports addition of A320 or B737 modules within the same training environment
  • Each aircraft type operates as an independent training environment; switch between types within the same platform
