- Since 2025, all A320 sidesticks ship in the latest version.
- MOZA AB9 firmware compatibility (resolved): For sidesticks sold before mid-March 2026, updating certain new AB9 bases to firmware V1.1.2.12 could leave the AP button unrecognized, requiring a rollback to V1.1.1.46 or earlier. This has been resolved — every sidestick sold from mid-March 2026 onward is fully compatible with MOZA's latest firmware.

The CnTech A320 Sidestick brings the authentic Airbus A320 side-stick experience to home flight simulation with cockpit-grade fidelity. Modeled 1:1 from A320 aircraft scan data and 3D-printed with a piano-gloss baked finish, it uses industrial-grade high-fidelity switches whose tactile response matches the real A320 — the same grip proven in A320 FTD (Flight Training Device) use. Both the inner shaft and the mounting interface are metal for lasting durability. With an optional rubber bellow gaiter from a 1:1 split mold, it assembles into a complete, authentic A320 side-stick unit.

Compatibility
General: Adaptable to Thrustmaster HOTAS, and MOZA AB9 bases.
MOZA AB9 (full compatibility)
- Fully compatible with MOZA's latest firmware (all units from mid-March 2026 onward).
- A dedicated mounting plate matches the Thrustmaster HOTAS and MOZA AB9 bases to secure the rubber gaiter.
- Self-calibration note: When the AB9 self-calibrates to its limit position, the rubber gaiter is stretched taut, which can restrict the stick's range of motion. A self-calibration that doesn't reach the limit position does not affect use of the base or stick. If you'd prefer to avoid this, detach the bottom of the rubber gaiter from the mounting plate during self-calibration, then reattach it once calibration completes — it takes only a few seconds, and the unit works normally afterward.
MOZA AB6
- Compatible with the AB6 base; however, no mounting plate is available for the AB6 to secure the rubber gaiter.
Thrustmaster HOTAS
- Compatible via the HOTAS mechanical interface.
Virpil (may not be compatible with every Virpil base)
- Open the VIRPIL Configuration software (downloadable from the VIRPIL website).
- Select Thrustmaster Cougar Stick in the configuration program.
- Upload the new configuration to your base.
- The PTT and AP Disc/Prio buttons will then function normally.
- Recalibrate the Virpil base after programming.
