CNFSimulator.C919 Delivered to Chiu Lut Sau Memorial Secondary School, Hong Kong

CnTech Co., Ltd. (CNFSimulator) is pleased to announce the delivery and on-site installation of a CNFSimulator.C919 at Chiu Lut Sau Memorial Secondary School in Hong Kong, marking another step in bringing China's homegrown large aircraft into secondary school aviation education programs across the region.

On-Site Installation: Building a Cockpit Inside a Classroom

The installation process itself tells part of the story. CnTech engineers transported the simulator components — including the full-scale cockpit shell, visual display framework, and interior instrument assemblies — directly into the school building and assembled the unit on-site within a standard classroom space. Photos from the installation show the cockpit shell taking shape in the room, with engineers working inside the partially assembled fuselage structure and components still in protective wrapping awaiting fitment. The C919's distinctive white, blue, and green livery was already visible on the exterior panels during assembly, giving students passing by an early preview of what was being built.

This kind of in-building installation is a deliberate design feature of the CNFSimulator.C919. The unit is engineered in modular sections that can be transported through standard doorways and corridors, assembled without specialist construction work, and commissioned within a normal school room — turning an ordinary classroom into a dedicated aviation science laboratory.

Four Airport Scenarios Tailored to the School's Curriculum

At Chiu Lut Sau Memorial Secondary School, the simulator has been configured with four flight scenarios selected by the school: Shanghai Hongqiao with its dense urban skyline, Hong Kong International Airport set against the city's coastal geography, London Heathrow, and New York John F. Kennedy International Airport. The selection spans Asia, Europe, and North America, giving students a genuinely international frame of reference for understanding how a modern airliner operates across different environments, traffic patterns, and approach conditions.

The CNFSimulator.C919 replicates the cockpit of the C919 narrowbody aircraft at a 1:1 scale. An instructor station allows teachers to configure scenarios, set weather and time-of-day conditions, and guide students through structured flight experiences ranging from basic cockpit familiarization to full approach and landing sequences at each of the four airports.

Growing Presence in Hong Kong Secondary Education

This delivery adds to CNFSimulator's presence in Hong Kong's secondary school sector. CnTech has previously supplied a CNFSimulator.C919 to St. Stephen's College in Hong Kong, as well as to institutions across mainland China including Guangdong Science Center, Taicang Aerospace Exhibition Center, Shanghai High School, and Hefei Aviation Science Museum.

CnTech designs and manufactures over 30 types of flight simulation products from its facility in Songjiang, Shanghai, serving more than 1,500 customers in training, research, and science education worldwide. The CNFSimulator.C919 is available for secondary schools, science museums, youth aviation academies, and research and study base programs seeking to establish dedicated aviation science classrooms.
