## GENERAL

- Redesigned the user interface and interaction of iFSim.Ready from the ground up in V3.

- Added Dark and Light themes. You can switch themes with the button on the title bar or on the Settings page, and the selected theme is kept the next time iFSim.Ready starts.

- Added single-instance operation: if iFSim.Ready is already running, starting it again does not open a new window but brings the running window (including one hidden in the notification area) to the front.

- Added a tray menu: right-click the iFSim.Ready icon in the notification area to see the run state, start or stop the active profile, or exit iFSim.Ready. Point to the icon to see a connection summary.

- Added three settings: Launch when Windows starts, Keep running in the tray when the window closes, and Reset all settings.

- Moved all user data (settings, calibration data, custom profiles, joystick mappings, and logs) to the `Documents\iFSim\iFSim.Ready\` folder. Updating or reinstalling iFSim.Ready no longer overwrites this data.

- Added user data backup: on the Settings page, click Create backup… to pack your settings, profiles, calibration data, and other user data into a .zip file. To restore, extract the file into the user data folder.

- Improved the handling of damaged files: if the settings, calibration data, or joystick mapping file is damaged and cannot be read, iFSim.Ready backs up the original file before rebuilding it with default values, so you can use the original for manual recovery.

## NAVIGATION AND HELP

- Reorganized the navigation bar into seven pages in four groups: MONITOR, CONFIGURE, TEST & TOOLS, and SYSTEM. The former PROFILES page has been merged into the Aircraft page, and the former OPTIONS page has been split into the Aircraft, Hardware, and Settings pages.

- Added the Getting Started tour. Its 14 steps introduce each page and walk you through the setup before your first flight. You can replay it at any time from the bottom of the navigation bar.

- Added a connection card at the bottom of the navigation bar that shows the USB-CAN adapter status and the number of panels online in real time.

- Added the Help & Support dialog, with links to the local documents, the online manual, video tutorials, the FAQ, and contact options.

- Added problem reports: in the Help & Support dialog, click Create a problem report… to pack the logs, crash dumps, settings, and a diagnostic summary into a single file for reporting a problem.

- Added tooltips for truncated text: point to text that is cut off to see it in full.

## OVERVIEW PAGE

- Refined the hardware connection status from per component to per panel, and added the firmware version of each panel. Panels are grouped into overhead panel, glareshield, main instrument panel, pedestal, and flight controls, and you can show all panels or only those that are online.

- For older hardware, iFSim.Ready infers the panel online status from the switch, knob, and other signals that the panels report, so it may not match the actual state: some panels show as online only after you operate one of their switches or buttons, some panels can only be judged as a group and show as online together with the other panels in that group, and a panel that is powered off or disconnected still shows as online until you click Rescan panels.

- Added Rescan panels, which asks every panel to report its online status again.

- Added Run / Stop buttons, so you can start or stop the active profile directly on the Overview page. If no USB-CAN adapter is detected, iFSim.Ready asks you to confirm before starting.

## AIRCRAFT PAGE AND PROFILE MANAGEMENT

- Changed the aircraft list to cards. The Tutorials link on a card opens the Integration Guide for that aircraft.

- Made official profiles read-only and marked them OFFICIAL. When you edit an official profile, iFSim.Ready creates a copy and opens the copy for editing.

- Added a choice of starting point for new profiles: the official mapping (Default mapping) or no mapping (Blank mapping).

- Added clear messages when a profile cannot run because of a version mismatch or a missing aircraft component.

- Improved deployment of iFSimReadyXPPlugin and the FMGS hardware module: iFSim.Ready looks for X-Plane 11 / 12 (including Steam versions) and the FMGS installation on the PC, and reports how many files were installed and replaced.

## PROFILE EDITOR

- Added the number of mapped signals and the total number of signals to each panel in the panel list, and highlighted mapped controls in green in the panel picture.

- Added signal search and the Unmapped only filter, which shows only the signals that are not mapped yet.

- Added the action picker, where you can browse functions by area and subsystem, search by keyword, and see functions suggested from the signal name.

- Improved the setup of Digital Input and Digital Output signals: by default, one function handles both the on and off states, and you can set them separately when needed.

- Added Ctrl+S to save. Before each save, iFSim.Ready keeps a copy of the previous version, up to the five most recent copies.

- Unified the naming format of the A320 hardware signals and the functions of all six aircraft (area.panel-element, for example, OVHD.ELEC-BAT 1 [FAULT]), making them easier to find and match in the signal list and the action picker.

## CALIBRATION PAGE

- Added guided calibration: move the control to each position as prompted and capture it to calibrate the axis. Positions that cannot be reached can be skipped.

- Added a calibration curve that shows the live position of the control, the calibration points, and the deadzone.

- Added an order check for calibration points: if a point is recorded on the wrong side of an adjacent point, iFSim.Ready shows a warning and marks the point.

- Improved the deadzone setting: it is now set as ± a percentage (0%–15%) and shown as a shaded band on the calibration curve.

- Added axis search and a filter that shows only the axes on panels that are online. Axes with unsaved changes are marked with an amber dot, and the bottom of the page shows how many axes have unsaved changes. You can save all of them at once or undo the changes of a single axis.

## IO TEST PAGE

- Added Basic Test, which provides an all-cockpit indicator test, an all-cockpit lighting test, and step-by-step guided tests for the primary cockpit controls, the throttle quadrant, and the brake pressure gauges. At each step, follow the prompt and judge the result with Y / N. The results can be exported to a CSV file.

- Added panel picture linking to Professional Test: click a control in the panel picture to highlight its signals.

- Added the following to Professional Test: driving all outputs of the current panel at once, blinking the driven outputs, resetting the outputs of all panels, and fault marks for signals, which are saved for later repair work.

- Added a warning with a Stop profile button to the IO Test page when a profile is running. When you leave the IO Test page, iFSim.Ready now resets every output that the page has driven.

## SDK PAGE

- Added validation of the multicast address and port when you save them.

- Made SDK mode and running a profile mutually exclusive: starting one automatically stops the other and shows a message.

- Added the Open SDK Folder button, which opens the SDK package directly.

## HARDWARE PAGE

- Added automatic detection of the USB-CAN adapter, so you no longer need to select the adapter type manually. If the detected adapter is wrong, you can still select it manually.

- Added automatic detection of game controllers being connected and unplugged while the Joystick tab is open, so you no longer need to refresh the device list manually.

- Added firmware updates over the CAN bus: on the Firmware tab, select a firmware file for a board and click Update. iFSim.Ready enters update mode, erases, writes, verifies, and restarts the board automatically and shows the progress, so you no longer need to put the board into bootloader mode manually. The list shows the firmware version and bootloader version of each board. iFSim.Ready cannot be closed during an update, and a board whose update was interrupted is marked separately and can be recovered by updating it again. Only boards with Bootloader V4.1 or later are supported.

## DOCUMENTATION

- Added Chinese and English versions of the iFSim.Ready Software User's Manual, Integration Guides for the six aircraft, and the SDK documentation with C++ and Python sample code to the `Document` folder of the installation folder.

## AIRCRAFT INTERFACE MODULES

- Changed the official profiles of Fenix A319 / A320 / A321, FlyByWire A32NX, and JeeHell FMGS A320 so that the tiller integral lighting follows the CONSOLE/FLOOR switch on the same side.

- Removed the sidestick pitch and roll, nosewheel steering tiller, and rudder pedal axis mappings from the official Fenix A319 / A320 / A321 profile. Fenix does not accept these axes from external programs, and removing the mappings prevents interference with the devices bound in MSFS.

Note:

1. **iFSim.Ready V3.0.0 cannot be installed on a PC where V2 is installed**; the installer asks you to uninstall V2 first. V2 stores its calibration data in the installation folder, so before you uninstall V2, copy `A320_calibration.xml` and `joystick.xml` from the V2 installation folder to another location as a backup. After you install V3.0.0 and start it once, copy them to `Documents\iFSim\iFSim.Ready\calibration\` and `Documents\iFSim\iFSim.Ready\config\` respectively. For details, see section 2.3.2 of the iFSim.Ready Software User's Manual.

2. **V2 profiles cannot be loaded in V3.0.0.** In V3.0.0, copy the official profile and adjust it to match your previous settings.

3. If you use ToLiss or JeeHell FMGS, we recommend redeploying iFSimReadyXPPlugin or the FMGS hardware module after upgrading so that it matches the main program. The deployment buttons have moved to the Aircraft page: select the aircraft, and then click Set iFSimReadyXPPlugin → X-Plane or Set FMGS Hardware Modules in the Aircraft Configuration area.

4. You do not need to install SDKPRO separately to use JeeHell FMGS A320. This corrects the statement in the V2.3.0 release notes.
