CNFSimulator.A32 physical IPT

Product features

• A32 IPT has the same cockpit layout as Airbus A320 aircraft, and provides the panels, instruments and control system necessary for the multi-person crew to fly the aircraft;

• Equipped with 180° high-definition loop view and audio simulation system, it can provide better flight immersion compared with traditional IPT;

• The pilot tube and avionics system independently developed by China Imitation is adopted, with high cost performance, and the original Airbus data package can also be selected according to the needs;

• The side bar is electrically controlled, which can truly restore the fly-by-wire handling characteristics of Airbus A320, and can also be upgraded to active side bar;

• The landscape system has its own global airport, which receives customized airport customization, and the navigation database is updated according to ARINC cycle;

• Complete simulation of Airbus A320 SOP training, functional implementation can reach the fifth-level trainer standard;

• The operating interface of the instructor station is consistent with that of the traditional IPT and FTD five-level trainer, and there is no need for repeated learning;

• Through the instructor station, more than 110 abnormal procedures and emergency procedures can be set up, such as aircraft system and weather, and customized according to requirements.

• China Southern Airlines Beijing Branch:

China Southern Airlines is the domestic carrier with the most planes, the most developed route network and the largest annual passenger volume. As of January 2022, China Southern Airlines has a fleet of more than 800 aircraft, including 339 Airbus A320 series aircraft. On July 1, 2022, Air China, China Eastern Airlines and China Southern Airlines signed orders with Airbus for a total of 292 A320NEO aircraft, of which 96 were purchased by China Southern.

The increasing fleet size aggravates the task of flight training. Under the condition that the training time of simulator and IPT is saturated, China Southern Airlines Beijing Branch adopts CNFSimulator.A32 real cabin IPT in the procurement for pilot SOP, CRM training and new route familiarity. It not only makes up for the shortage of the existing trainer, but also improves the pilot's program proficiency through this equipment.
